These are real outputs from the AI Kiss web app. Nothing was edited by hand afterwards. Under every clip you can see the two ordinary photos it was made from, so you can judge how far the app moves from its source material. The two photos are joined into one keyframe side by side, and the model dissolves that split frame into a single scene before the two people move together, which is why the couples below are standing somewhere neither photo was taken. Faces are carried over from the source photos, so the result looks like the two people you uploaded rather than a generic AI couple. Backgrounds and hands move less predictably; that is the honest limitation of the current models, and you can see it in some of the clips below.
