Short answer: yes, and here is exactly why, so you can check it rather than take our word for it. Payments go through Stripe and your card details never reach us, nothing renews unless you choose a value package, failed generations refund themselves, your original photos stay on your device, and there is a self-service cancel page.

How it works
From two photos to a clip of 5, 10 or 15 seconds
Three steps in the browser. Generation usually takes under a minute.
- Step 1
Your photos are framed in your browser
The page resizes your photos and composes them into one frame on your own device. That frame, not your original files, is what is uploaded.
- Step 2
You see the cost before you pay
The create button shows the credits a clip uses. Credits are bought through a Stripe checkout with Apple Pay, Google Pay or card.
- Step 3
A failed clip refunds itself
If a generation fails, the credits it used are returned to your balance automatically. No form, no email.
- Step 4
You can leave at any time
One-time credit packs never renew. A value package renews until you cancel it from Settings or at aikiss.app/cancel.

Photo requirements
Most failed generations come down to the source photos, not the model. These are the ones that matter.
- Use your own photos, or photos of adults who agreed to appear.
- No photos of minors, and no public figures without their consent.
- Nothing sexually explicit, harassing or meant to deceive.
- Under 18? The Terms require a parent's or guardian's consent; under 13 is not allowed.
- Do not post a clip of someone as if it were real footage. Label AI video as AI.
Who runs AI Kiss
AI Kiss is built by the AI Kiss Team, who also publish the AI Kiss mobile app. The web app at aikiss.app is the product today: the App Store and Google Play listings are offline at the moment, so before paying for any other "AI Kiss" app, check that it links back to aikiss.app. The about page has the editorial standards, and the contact page lists real addresses: support@aikiss.app, privacy@aikiss.app and legal@aikiss.app.
We publish no user counts, ratings or testimonials, because we have no audited numbers to back them. If you see a figure attributed to AI Kiss somewhere, it did not come from us.
How payment works, and what can renew
Payment happens inside the app through Stripe, with Apple Pay, Google Pay or a card. Card numbers are entered into Stripe's own secure fields and never touch our servers. There are two kinds of purchase, and only one of them renews:
| One-time credit pack | Value package | |
|---|---|---|
| Renews? | Never | Yes, each week, month or year, until cancelled |
| Credits expire? | No | No, and you keep them if you cancel |
| How to stop | Nothing to stop | Settings in the app, or aikiss.app/cancel |
| On your statement | Includes AIKISS.APP | AIKISS.APP/CANCEL |
If you see a charge you do not recognise
Look for AIKISS.APP on the statement line. A value package renews automatically until it is cancelled, which is the usual reason for a charge someone did not expect; cancelling takes effect at the end of the period already paid for, and the credits you were given stay yours.
The cancel page works without signing in: enter the email used at checkout and Stripe emails you a link to its billing portal, where the subscription can be cancelled. If anything is still unclear, email support@aikiss.app with the date, the amount and the last four digits of the card, and a person will look at it.
What happens to your photos
Your photos are read and resized on a canvas in your own browser and combined into one frame. Only that frame is uploaded to generate the video; the original files stay on your device. You do not need an account, an email address or a password to make a clip.
The privacy policy says photos are kept temporarily during processing and then deleted, that your photos are used for nothing except generating the video you asked for, and that personal information is never sold. Your finished videos are kept so they can appear in My videos, and you can ask privacy@aikiss.app to delete anything. The full walk-through is in the privacy and safety guide.
Refunds and failed generations
If a generation fails, the credits it used return to your balance automatically, once, without you asking. A clip that rendered but that you do not like is a different case: the credits were used, and the usual fix is better source photos. The photo requirements guide explains what goes wrong and why.
For value packages, the Terms state there are no refunds for a partial billing period, and that cancelling stops the next renewal. For anything else, write to support@aikiss.app.
Consent: the part that is up to you
The technology is only as safe as the photos people put into it. The rules are simple and they are in the Terms: your own photos or adults who agreed, no minors, no public figures without consent, nothing explicit. An AI kiss video shows a moment that never happened, so it should never be shared as if it were real, or used to embarrass someone who did not agree to be in it.
Consent & safety
An AI kiss video puts two real faces in a scene that never happened. That only works if everyone in the frame is fine with it, so these rules are not optional.
Only photos you are allowed to use
Use photos of yourself, or of people who agreed to appear in the video. No public figures without their consent.
No minors, ever
AI Kiss is for adults and the people they have permission to include. Photos of children are not allowed.
Nothing explicit
The generated clip is a short, PG-style kiss or hug. Sexual, hateful or harassing content is against the Terms.
Your files, your call
Photos are uploaded to generate the clip and videos are stored on your anonymous account. Ask us to delete them and we will.
Full detail lives in the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy. Deletion requests go to privacy@aikiss.app.
